• 18 communities in 5 states (Pennsylvania, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida)
• Different service providers in each location servicing obsolete fire alarm equipment.
• Master plan to standardize on Edwards Fire alarm systems at all 18 locations.
• Provided design, permitting, installation and final commissioning of the new fire alarm systems with minimal guest interruption.
• Ensured that older fire alarm systems were replaced with the latest technology while never being out of service.
• Provided FireScan bar-coding, standardized testing, and on-line reporting.
