Senior Vice President - Chief Financial officer
Mark Foley brings over 20 years of global financial and tax experience to Carter Brothers. He was previously the Senior Vice President of Finance for a $40 billion diversified manufacturer and service provider, where he spent over 11 years in various financial and tax positions of increasing importance. In his role as the SVP of Finance, Mark was responsible for a wide variety of financial matters, including providing financial oversight to hundred’s of acquisitions, including a $10 billion acquisition of a financial services company. He was also responsible for all financial matters relating to billions of dollars of divestitures, including a $4.5 billion initial public offering.
Mark graduated from Merrimack College in 1984, and received his Masters in Taxation from Bentley College in 1990. |
