Carter Brothers Project and Program Management group provides project and program management services for the electronic security, fire and life safety industry based upon proven processes that are supported through a dedicated delivery model and tailored to each customer’s requirements. Our project managers are situated in approximately 40 locations in nearly 20 states throughout the country and manage the procurement of subcontractor services and field installations on a daily basis.
All field operations are supported through a dedicated project controls group located in Atlanta, Georgia, utilizing proprietary processes and a customized enterprise platform that electronically track real-time project and account data, including project award and initiation, project schedules, budget, cost (commitments and actuals), change orders, project progress and percentage of completion, subcontractor performance, safety, and issues resolution.
