Carter Brothers provides project and program management services for the electronic security, fire and life safety industry based on a specific process of delivery for each customer supported through a dedicated delivery model.
Our project and program managers are situated in approximately fifty locations throughout the country and oversee field installations on a daily basis. All field operations are supported through a dedicated project coordination process that electronically tracks jobs progress including initial booking, scheduling, cost quotations, change orders and subcontractor performance. Our project coordination process is located in Atlanta, GA.
Installation labor is provided through our proprietary syndicate of pre-qualified and regularly re-certified subcontractors. We currently have over 650 qualified subcontractors located across the country.
The control of installation cost, quality and the rate of on-time performance is critical to operations. Utilizing our program management will provide a competitive advantage in the market. Such services are delivered at less cost than through its own captive work force by eliminating unproductive labor hours and a reduction in indirect costs and overhead supervision.
