Senior Vice President - General Counsel
Rob Costello brings nearly 15 years of corporate legal experience to Carter Brothers, having been in-house counsel with Tyco International Ltd. in a variety of positions from 1992 through 2002, including three years in Singapore as Tyco’s General Counsel for its Asian operations. As in-house counsel with Tyco, Rob was responsible for a wide-range of legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, general commercial law, construction law, and labor and employment law. From 2002 through 2006, Rob was the Director of Business Development with ADT Security Services, Inc., where he developed and oversaw the strategic alliance relationship between ADT and Carter Brothers. Rob Graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 1987, and from Vermont Law School in 1992. |
