• Need to develop a security plan for monitoring and tracking of materials and activities within the facilities.

• Working with the corporate Facility Manager, we developed a comprehensive approach to the Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion Detection systems within these printing operations.
• Provided security and life safety surveys for each property and a master plan for upgrades.
• Provided design, permitting, installation, final commissioning and program management of the security/facility upgrades.
