• Wachovia is building a Mixed-Use Center in Charlotte North Carolina called “Corporate Office Center” to include a 50 story office tower, parking structure, three cultural centers, shopping, parking structure and Condominium Tower.
• Objective is to provide appropriate security products and systems that are “state-of-the-art” at time of occupancy in 2009-2012.
• Multiple security projects throughout the United States based on new construction, acquisitions and renovation programs.
• Master agreement to provide project management and security systems throughout the Wachovia enterprise.
• Working with the Security Consultant provided Peer Review, cost analysis and constructability studies and standards for the proposed access control, CCTV, intercom and other systems at the First Street Development.
• Developed scope of work, budget and schedule for all security systems within the Corporate Office Center project through the Construction Management firm.
• Completed the conversion of the Intrusion Detection systems within 72 Retail Banking locations in Alabama in a four month period.
