Our History

Founded in 2000 by John F. Carter, Carter Brothers is a nationally recognized diverse supplier offering Consulting, Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), Chemical Safety Solutions, HealthCare Products and Services, and Project Management for the installation of Commercial Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (EVC), Security/Intrusion, and Fire Alarm Systems. CarterBrothers places “safety first & customer satisfaction” at the forefront of everything we do. We have managed, installed, maintained, and serviced nearly $1 billion in projects nationwide. We have an experienced team and track record in rollout of national programs with major corporations.

John F. Carter

CEO & Founder

John F. Carter serves as the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of CarterBrothers. CarterBrothers was established in 2000, through the inspiration and encouragement of his younger brother. At the onset of the 9/11 tragedies, as America started to heal, John started to build.

John began his career at Barton Malow, a commercial construction firm in Detroit, Michigan. For over twelve years under his leadership, the company flourished with projects totaling over $6 Billion Dollars in a range of verticals including Healthcare, Hospitality, Professional & College Sports Facilities, and Higher Education.
